Every month we put something aside, together, and we learn to make it grow. It is quiet work, and it changes everything. A woman who once had to wait on someone else can now pay her child’s fees, start a small trade, or carry her home through a hard season. As the club grows, so does what we are able to do for the women coming up behind us.
